Hello from Dallas, where Sonic is KING. I'm originally from the Midwest, so I really didn't know what Sonic was---anyway, like you I HAD to try a Strawberry Limeade. On TV, it just had to be a liquuid rubies just awaiting my tastebuds. Heck, I even blogged about it on my blog--and I was just as disappointed as YOU! My strawberry limeade was flatter than strawberry jello without the jello. AWFUL and after I longed for this beverage more than I longed for Denzel Washington. Alas, chum told me I had to be CRAZY. That mady I got a bad, flat soda. Yea, whatever I told her. She urged me to try another. I told HER she was crazy. Honestly, after weeks, Sonic had a half off sale on beverages--so I thought, if I didn't like it, I wouldn't be out as much $ and that extra coin could go toward oniion rings...I gave it a try. I gotta say I'm addicted now. No joke. Sure, each time I'm afraid I'll have a flat one--like for my first, yet I have NOT--and that was well over a year ago. If you have tried it since--try it again--you might be surprised...!

Watching Tim throughout the season, he never planted himself well. He owns a restaurant here in the DMV, but his performance in the competition never really took off mainly because he has a different idea of what good cooking is. Each time he was confident in his dish, the judges' opinion was the exact opposite. I don't think he was able to find an organic balance between his style as a chef and the type of chef who could win the competition. He's still a great chef, just not necessarily top chef material.

"Last night I had to evacuate my apartment building due to a stove-top fire! Yes, one of my neighbors, on my floor, caused the entire building to evacuate in the middle of the night!" This situation probably could have been dealt with if there had been a fire extinguisher available.
