In June, the DC City Council approved a new resolution for Meat-Free Mondays, encouraging Washingtonians to reduce their meat consumption one day a week. DC is the second city to adopt such a resolution. San Francisco, CA was first in April. LBJ’s Brown Bag will bring back Meatless Mondays to support this unique movement!
